If you have difficulty logging in to access your Surge Micro-credential on Brightspace, submit a sign-in troubleshooting ticket to the IT Service Desk.
After registration, please expect up to two business days of processing time before
you gain access to the course. Surge Micro-credentials payments are non-refundable
and non-transferable after purchase.
